The Corporate Challenge has begun! Check the Current Progress of this year's Corporate Challengers or check the Shrinkdown participation for the 2003 Corporate Challengers.

Please read the 2004 Introduction Letter from the CEO's of Metropolitan Jackson YMCA and CMMC.

In order to qualify to be a Corporate Challenger in The Greater Jackson Shrinkdown, the company must be officially registered by submitting our Registration Form.

Based on the number of employees employed, the companies will be divided into four groups:

• Less than 100
   
  
• 100 to 499
   
  
• 500 to 1000
   
  
• More than 1000

Each company is to encourage their employees to attend their weekly weigh-ins at the employee's designated site. Ideas to encourage this participation are available by contacting the Metro YMCA office.

At the end of the eight-week Shrinkdown event, trophies will be awarded to the company in each group, with the most participation (not weight loss).
